Environment Concepting Fundamental Studies

Over July I focused on trying to understand the fundamentals for creating effective environment designs. Topics covered were the rule of 3, composition, perspective, value seperation, basic lighting, photo texture implementation and linework, . I learned how to tackle complex design with simplicity ,focused my mind on tackling one aspect of the design process at a time and the importance of establishing the bigger picture before doing any detail and rendering. I now have a lot more confidence in approaching creating environment concepts using different methods. I spent an hour and a half each day over July doing these studies.
